PolicyAt Air Trendz, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality air conditioning services. To maintain a fair and transparent service environment, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.Service Booking Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:You may cancel your service request up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund.Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of ₹350, depending on the nature of the service.No-Show Policy:If our technician arrives at your location and is unable to perform the service due to customer unavailability, access issues, or incorrect information provided, a visit charge may be deducted from any advance paid.Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule appointments at no extra cost if done at least 6 hours in advance.Last-minute rescheduling (less than 6 hours) is subject to availability and may involve a nominal rescheduling fee.Refunds
Eligibility:Refunds are only applicable for services that were prepaid online and were not delivered due to cancellation by the company or other valid circumstances.Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only part of the service could be rendered.Non-Refundable Situations:Services already completed or in progress.Custom installation jobs where equipment has been opened, used, or customized.Consumables and spare parts purchased specifically for your job unless unused and returnable.Processing Time:Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.Company-Initiated CancellationsIn rare cases, Air Trendz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technician unavailability, natural disasters, etc.). In such cases, full refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.
